Q. Do you use fillers, preservatives or thickeners in you yogurt? A. No, all our yogurt is naturally made using no artificial additives. Q. Sometimes I find a liquid on top of my yogurt, what is it? A. The liquid is whey, it results from oxidation of the yogurt, it is good for you. You can mix it back in, or if you like your yogurt a little thicker you can drain it off. Q. Is Bles-Wold Yogurt a pasteurized product? A. Yes, the milk used is pasteurized prior to it being turned into yogurt. Q. How do you know there are no additives in the milk used for your yogurt? A. We produce all the milk used for our Yogurt right here at the Bles-Wold Dairy. Q. Where can I find Bles-Wold Yogurt? A. With leading grocery retailers like Sunterra Markets, CO-OP Stores, Sobey's also health food and specialty stores like Planet Organic, Wild Earth and Italian Stores. If your local grocery store doesn't carry Bles-Wold Yogurt, ask the manager to bring it in and we will accommodate them.
